The Maison Margiela x Reebok Classic Leather Tabi unites the esteemed high fashion house and Reebok on a modified version of the latter’s timeless low-top shoe. A Spring 2021 release, the Margiela assisted Reebok Classic Leather Tabi is part of a three-shoe collection between the two brands that incorporates Margiela’s avant garde split-toe look onto classic Reebok models. Here, a premium cut of Nappa leather is used on the upper of the shoe. Margiela’s signature hand painted “Bianchetto” aesthetic covers the entire shoe, including the aforementioned leather upper and the EVA foam midsole. A rustic-looking black branding window appears on the mid-panel and tonal “Reebok” branding on the heel. Dual Maison Margiela and Reebok insignia is printed on the nylon tongue tag.
