The Nike Shox R4 “Black/Silver” is an innovative sneaker design from the year 2000. Deemed ahead of its time when it first released, the Shox R4 stood out from the rest of the Nike runners of the era by placing four visible PU foam columns on the midsole. The inventive feature allows all a controlled impact when striking the ground as each column quickly collapses, then slowly returns to form. Two TPU plates help soften the shock, as each redirect energy with each stride. Black synthetic leather sits around the ankle collar, and metallic silver overlays finish of the sneaker.
