The Alife x Puma R698 is a collaboration on the 1991 runner between the New York-based streetwear label and Puma. This R698 originally released in 2015. The eye-catching design covers the entire upper in a metallic silver patent leather. A white and green co-branded logo is stitched on each tongue. "Trinomic" is debossed into the heel as a nod to the cushioning system found in the midsole. Additional Alife branding can be seen through a translucent window at the center of the outsole, and Alife's logo is repeatedly embossed on each tongue. This metallic colorway sits atop a white midsole and gum rubber bottoms. Cork insoles complete the premium collab.
