The NMD_R1 "Core Black" is a kids-sized version that adds to the expanding collection of NMD silhouettes. The black Primeknit upper is imprinted with a spray paint effect at the back half of the shoe, which is seen surrounding the Three Stripes, covering most of the heel and the forward midsole plug. The Boost-infused midsole is its usual white and the junior shoe is finished with a black rubber sole. Originally launched in 2015, the adidas NMD model cherry picks the best elements from Three Stripes heritage styles, including the Micro Pacer, Rising Star, and Boston Super.
