The Inti x Nike Cortez LHM “One Heart” is a special edition of the classic running shoe in celebration of Latin Heritage Month that came out in 2017. The iconic silhouette is given a bold makeover by Chilean street artist INTI, who covered the Cortez in a multicolored geometric design that takes symbols of different Latin American cultures and unites them into a single pattern. The construction features large canvas panels for the graphic-covered areas, with black suede trim and purple leather Swooshes. “IN and “TI” are embroidered on the left and right heel tabs, respectively, to spell out the artist’s name.
