The Bodega x Saucony Azura 2000 “Ever Ready” celebrates the continuous collaboration between the Boston boutique and the Massachusetts-based footwear brand. Dipping well into Saucony’s archives, Bodega unearths this bold performance runner as an homage to the early 2000s techno wave aesthetic that was prevalent in footwear at the time. Grey suede overlays comprise the forefoot, mid-panel, and heel. Black mesh forms the base and is visible along the mid-panel and forefoot. Earthy green suede appears on the mudguard while brown suede overlays cover the toe. Saucony’s signature branding marks the mid-panel while embroidered logo detailing appears on the tongue and heel.
