The 990v4 has enjoyed a resurgence thanks to a string of high-profile collaborations and commemorative releases and New Balance keeps the ball rolling with the teal-based colorway of the 990v4, dubbed the “North Sea.” The upper features premium mint green suede on the toe, mid-panel, ankle collar, heel, and tongue. As is customary on 990v4 models, contrasting reflective bits are strategically placed along the upper and include a silver “N” on the mid panel, “Made In the USA” branding on the tongue, and silver mesh heel tab and mini “NB” branding on the middle of the heel.
