The New Balance 57/40 “Calm Taupe” is a versatile colorway of the retro-modern-looking sneaker. Originally released in 2020, the New Balance 57/40 updates the popular and classic New Balance 574 with a contemporary design. The “Calm Taupe” features a white mesh toe with beige suede overlays on the toe cap, forefoot, and eyelets. An oversized suede “N” logo appears on the side in olive green with a blue outline. Pink, purple, blue, and apricot accents are added around the ankle and inner lining. “NB” and “57/40” detailing are seen on the white nylon tongue tag.
