Gift Card Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, using, or redeeming a gift card (“Gift Card”) issued by or on behalf of Stadium Enterprises LLC d/b/a Stadium Goods whose registered office is at 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801 (“Stadium Goods”, “we”, “us” and “our”), you agree to these terms and conditions. 

Purchase: 

  • To purchase a Gift Card, you must be at least 18 years old and be a resident of the United States.
  • Gift Cards are issued by Stadium Goods and can only be used for purchases on www.stadiumgoods.com and Stadium Goods mobile application (collectively, the Stadium Goods Platform). 
  • Gift Cards are available in denominations of $50, $100 or a custom amount (where applicable).
  • Gift Cards are delivered via email to the recipient’s email address provided at checkout.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase a Gift Card. 
  • You cannot purchase Gift Cards which in the aggregate exceed $5,000 per day. 

Redemption

  • Gift Cards can only be redeemed online via the Stadium Goods Platform. They are not redeemable in physical stores.
  • The Gift Card balance can be applied to eligible products, including taxes and shipping fees.
  • If the total order exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method. If the balance on the Gift Card is more than the purchase total, the remaining balance will remain available for future use. 

Fraud

  • Stadium Goods reserves the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the Stadium Goods Platform.

Limitations and Restrictions

  • Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold or redeemed for cash unless required by law.
  • Gift Cards do not expire and do not accrue fees over time, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
  • Stadium Goods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team at support@stadiumgoods.com for assistance. We may be able to cancel and reissue your Gift Card at our discretion.
  • Stadium Goods reserves the right to deactivate, cancel or suspend any Gift Card if we suspect any fraud, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms and Conditions or improper Gift Card use. 

Returns and Refunds

  • Gift Cards cannot be returned, resold, or canceled after purchase.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash, unless and to the extent required by law.  
  • If you return an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued back to the same Gift Card or a new Gift Card.
