Gift Card Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, using, or redeeming a gift card, you agree to these gift card terms and conditions. 

Purchase: 

  • To purchase a Gift Card you must be at least 18 years old and e a resident of the United States.

  • Gift cards are issued by Stadium Goods and can only be used for purchases on Stadium Goods platform (www.stadiumgoods.com  or through the Stadium Goods mobile application). 

  • Gift cards are available in denominations of $50, $100 or a custom amount (where applicable).

  • Gift cards are delivered via email to the recipient’s email address provided at checkout.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase a gift card. 

  • You cannot purchase Gift Cards which in the aggregate exceed $5,000 per day. 

Redemption

  • Gift cards can only be redeemed online at www.stadiumgoods.com or through the Stadium Goods mobile application. They are not redeemable in physical stores.

  • The gift card balance can be applied to eligible products, including taxes and shipping fees.

  • If the total order exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method. If the balance on the Gift Card is more than the purchase total, the remaining balance will remain available for future use. 

Limitations and Restrictions

  • Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold or redeemed for cash unless required by law.

  • Gift cards do not expire and do not accrue fees over time, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

  • Stadium Goods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team at support@stadiumgoods.com for assistance. We may be able to cancel and reissue your card at our discretion.

  • Stadium Goods reserves the right to deactivate, cancel or suspend any Gift Card if we suspect any fraud, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms and Conditions or improper Gift Card use. 

Returns and Refunds

  • Gift Cards cannot be returned, resold, or canceled after purchase.

  • Gift Cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash, unless and to the extent required by law.  

  • If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the same gift card or a new gift card.

Legal and Privacy

  • Compliance: These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].

  • Privacy: Information collected during gift card purchase or redemption is subject to our Privacy Policy
